This website collects information only where it is needed to respond to enquiries, assess applications, administer training or professional membership processes, manage corporate training opportunities, and communicate with people who have chosen to receive updates.
Information we may collect
Depending on the form you use, information may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, organisation, job title, professional experience, qualifications, programme preferences, messages and, for Experience Route assessment, a CV or professional profile.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, review membership or training applications, administer professional assessment, communicate programme information, manage corporate training enquiries, maintain application records and send optional marketing updates where consent has been given.
CVs and professional documents
CVs submitted for Experience Route assessment are intended for authorised review as part of the professional assessment process. New CV uploads are stored in a protected location and access is restricted to authorised personnel with appropriate administrative permissions.
Marketing communication
Marketing updates are optional. Applicants can choose whether to receive them. Marketing messages sent through the CIDM system include an unsubscribe mechanism, and opting out does not prevent necessary communication about an existing application or enquiry.
Retention and security
CIDM Nigeria takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information. Records should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which they were collected, legitimate operational requirements or applicable obligations.
Your requests
You may contact CIDM Nigeria to ask about personal information submitted through the website, request correction of inaccurate information, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where there is a legitimate operational or legal reason.
